Shipping Policy

Cheervivi ships to supported international destinations. The shipping options, charges and estimated delivery times available for your order are shown at checkout before payment.

Shipping Prices and Options

• International air freight: The international air-freight portion is included in the product price.
• U.S. final-mile delivery: USD $2.99 for orders below USD $49, and free for orders of USD $49 or more.
• Sea shipping: Available for all products at checkout at more economical rates. The applicable rate and estimated transit time are shown at checkout or confirmed before payment.

Order Processing

Ready-stock orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Processing begins after payment, inventory and order details have been confirmed. Weekends, public holidays, large orders and customization may require additional time; we will contact you if an unexpected delay affects your order.

Air Transit Time

Estimated air transit is 7–12 business days after dispatch. This transit estimate does not include the 1–3 business-day order-processing period.

Delivery Estimates

All delivery times are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Customs inspections, weather, carrier delays, local restrictions, incorrect addresses and other circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect delivery.

Tracking

When tracking is available, a tracking number or link will be sent after dispatch. Tracking updates may take several business days to appear.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Import duties, customs charges, taxes, brokerage fees and other destination-country charges are not included unless expressly stated at checkout. The recipient is responsible for these charges and for complying with local import requirements.

Address Accuracy

Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact us immediately if a correction is required. We cannot guarantee changes after processing begins and are not responsible for delays or losses caused by an incorrect address supplied by the customer.

Lost, Damaged or Incomplete Deliveries

Contact us promptly with your order number, tracking details, photographs and any carrier documentation. Damage or missing-item reports should be submitted within 7 days of delivery. We may ask you to retain all packaging while the claim is reviewed.
